What You’ll Do:

• Develop and maintain full stack web applications using Next.js, React, Node.js, and TypeScript

• Collaborate with the CTO and development team to define, design, and ship new features

• Work with Java (Spring, JPA/Hibernate) for existing backend services

• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across the stack

• Contribute to code reviews, technical documentation, and best practices

• Communicate effectively through GitHub issues/PRs and Microsoft Teams

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle from planning to deployment

• Work independently and manage your own time with minimal supervision

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role

• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, with strong experience in React and Node.js

• Working knowledge of Java, including frameworks like Spring and Hibernate

• Experience with relational databases and SQL

• Familiarity with legacy systems and a willingness to work with them when needed

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fully remote environment

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
