Overview:
We are seeking a Business Change & Communications Manager to lead and support the communication and coordination efforts surrounding ongoing system enhancements and business changes. This role will serve as the connective tissue across our Reporting, IT, Engineering, Product, and Business Operations teams, ensuring that all changes are clearly communicated, effectively tracked, and seamlessly aligned with business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Change Management Coordination:
Lead and manage the change control process across multiple departments, ensuring structured communication and alignment with operational goals.Cross-Functional Communication:
Act as the liaison between technical and business teams to ensure clarity, timeliness, and consistency in messaging and execution of system changes.Change Tracking & Governance:
Establish and maintain a robust framework for documenting, tracking, and reporting on business changes and system enhancements.Stakeholder Engagement:
Facilitate discussions and updates with internal stakeholders to align priorities, gather feedback, and ensure organizational readiness.Training & Enablement:
Support change adoption by developing and delivering communications, training materials, and user guides as needed.Risk Mitigation:
Identify potential risks and resistance related to changes and proactively develop mitigation strategies to support business continuity.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in change management, business transformation, or communications within a technical or operational environment.
Strong understanding of system enhancement cycles and business process change.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder alignment.
Familiarity with change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) is a plus.
Proficient in collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, JIRA, Microsoft Teams, etc.).
