About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and highly organized Business Development & Internal Project Manager to join our growing team. This dual-role position combines proactive external outreach and appointment setting with internal project coordination and follow-up across our strategy team. You will play a pivotal role in driving new business opportunities while ensuring smooth execution of internal strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Conduct outbound outreach to prospective clients and partners via email, LinkedIn, and calls.
- Set up discovery and qualification meetings for the strategy or sales team.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through CRM tools and lead generation platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach efforts with campaigns and content.
- Research market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
- Manage the execution of internal strategic projects across departments.
- Coordinate timelines, task assignments, and deliverables with stakeholders on the strategy team.
- Track and follow up on internal action items to ensure projects stay on course.
- Organize and lead internal meetings, prepare agendas, and circulate post-meeting summaries.
- Support documentation and process development to improve team efficiency and visibility.
- 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales support, or project management roles.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with a professional and persuasive tone.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with experience managing complex task lists.
- Proficient with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Notion, Trello).
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward.
- Experience working in a startup or consulting environment.
- Familiarity with strategy or growth teams and their operational workflows.
- Understanding of client onboarding and relationship management processes.
