Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain POS systems with a focus on GSA or 4690 systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and QA engineers, to gather requirements and create innovative solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing POS systems, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Perform code reviews and provide feedback to other developers to maintain code quality.
• Continuously monitor and optimize POS system performance and functionality.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to improve POS systems and processes.
• Provide support and training to end-users and other team members as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience as a POS Developer with expertise in GSA or 4690 systems.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C, or other relevant languages.
• Strong understanding of POS architecture, including hardware and software components.
• Familiarity with retail operations and workflows.
• Experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
