The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of relevant experience, including:

• Kubernetes (K8S) / RedHat OpenShift / Argo CD experience – Required
• Azure DevOps Pipelines
• YAML & Terraform
• GitHub Actions
• Azure Cloud (PaaS)
• Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, Bash, or similar languages for pipeline automation.
  We are looking for someone with a deep software engineering background and an engineering mindset, not just someone who has learned basic coding but started with manual DevOps tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams within the Digital organization.
• Experience supporting agile release deployments, including the willingness to support 2-3 night releases per week.
  Note: This might not appeal to a more senior-level candidate.
• Expertise in Git
• Experience working in a SAFe agile environment (a plus)
